In with the New, Out with the Old

As we reach a full year of marriage, we have seen alot of changes in the past few weeks and our lives have been blessed greatly. Like our jobs, a few weeks ago I got a great job offer to work for another bank, and it was something I couldn't pass up. As for Kenny, he happily quit the paper boy gig and got himself a job working for the University doing lab research. We are both quite content with our new jobs. Also, seeing how our one year lease was coming to an end we decieded to move to Fort Collins. We no longer live in an apartment, but a duplex with a yard. Seems like we are moving up in the world!!!! :)

Adventures of Family Pictures

After almost a year and no pictures of the Mr. & Mrs. Kenny Seaver, My mom talked us into "Family Pictures". Before getting married we took lots of pictures of us.... now we just take pictures of our dogs LOL. So we wanted to share our newest family picture.

With all the picture taking, Kenny & Nathan got restless. As everyone knows Kenny likes to entertain, and with Nathan around the craziness gets amplified. So the boys decided that they wanted to take special pictures for Granny P. I'm sure she will just love them and get quite a laugh. After seeing the pictures I'm sure you can laugh along with the rest of the people at the studio.

Puppy Trouble

We decided that life was too easy and too soon for kids so we thought we would try our hand at house breaking a puppy. (Poor Choice its way more work than it seems.....but well worth the fun) In October, Lily came into our lives. A tiny cute mischievous little creature which now rules our home from the ankles down. She is quite the spoiled thing and she has been alot of fun and we have enjoyed our adventures with her so far. To explain the pictures..........

Lily-right after we got her! :D

As you can see in the next picture this little lady has Kenny wrapped around her finger.............

The next 2 picture was necessitated because Kenny and I decided to do a puzzle on our "Sick Day" but Lily decided to chew up one of the pieces so we made sure she got credit for her work. Since she lacks the power of the thumb we decided a stamp would work better than an autograph

Seeing how we were first time dog owners we decided to enroll in puppy class, it helped us alot!!!! Were hoping for the same sort of class for parenthood. Here is Lily and Kenny at Puppy Graduation.

Seeing how we have enjoyed our adventure with our very first puppy..... we some how ended up with a second puppy a few weeks ago. With no real intentions for getting a second dog, Trigger is now a part of our lives. We rescued him from a shelter, he's a mix between mini dauchsund and something ????. He's also quite the howler, which doesn't help with a restful night sleep. Tigger and Lily have become the best of friends, this was the primary persuasion for getting him plus........

Trigger-how could you not fall in love with this???

Fresh and clean after a puppy bath.

We now see who really runs this house!!!!

*Lily & Trigger*

As you can see these two are quite the handful at times, but we are enjoying every minute with them!!!!

May the Blogging Begin.......

So we have finally decided to jump aboard the blogging train. A lot has happened since we got married almost a year ago (kinda weird to think its almost been a year). So to give you the latest on our lives..... I'm still working for the bank, but finally got my transfer to Fort Collins at the beginning of the year. Its nice not spending hours in a car before or after work. As for Kenny he finally up and quit Sears in October and started doing a paper route with Derek the start of December. He is still doing the dance classes on the side. As for school I'm only taking two online classes and Kenny is some how managing to take 16 credit hours. Of those credits, 2 of them are for a Research project working with Tuberculosis. If the research yields what they hope for it may actually get published which will look good on a resume ;) . As you can see our time is pretty well consumed between school, work, and other obligations. Life has been crazy, but we are still plugging along.
